At Nantucket Caretaking Services we are always ready to assist our clients with the services they need. Need your home cleaned at the end of the summer? How about a spring cleaning before the summer season starts? We’ll make sure your house is spic and span prior to your arrival.

Property Maintenance & Repair

Whether it’s regularly scheduled maintenance services or a fence in need of repair after a storm, our trusted team of professionals will provide you with the services you need. We have long-standing relationships with island vendors for all your home and property needs, whether it’s heating and air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical services, carpentry, roofing, and much more.

Water Mains

We’ll make sure that your water mains are shut off at the end of the season as well as bleeding any in-ground sprinkler systems installed on your property. In the spring, we’ll make sure the water is back on in time for your arrival.

Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance

Landscape and Lawn Maintenance Services. Need a spring freshen-up? We’ll make sure the gutters are cleaned, any branches are picked up, the hedges are trimmed and the lawn is freshly mowed prior to your arrival. We can also help with seeding, fertilizing, planting and any other needs you may have.

Vehicle Checks

If you are leaving vehicles at your property during the off-season, we can arrange to have the vehicles serviced as well as any other regularly scheduled maintenance that is required. We can move the vehicle on a regular basis to prevent any flat spots on the tires.

Boat Services

If you own a boat and have it stored at one of the local Marinas on Island, we can make sure the boat is serviced and parked at your dock prior to the start of the season. We can also have it taken out of the water at the end of the season, have the marina service the craft, and then wrap and store it for the winter.

Storm Checks

You can have peace of mind knowing that Nantucket Caretaking Services checks your property prior to any serious storm that is approaching the island and then immediately after any storm. If there is any damage to the property, we inform you immediately and can make arrangements for any repairs needed.
